We provide a private flexible service to our public customers to manage their estates or homes. Using the same methodology as our corporate Intelligent Facilities Management services, we are able to provide a personal service tailored to individual customers' requirements.

Landscaping
The grounds around your estate or business create an immediate impression. Thorough and timely maintenance is important for general up-keep and safety standards. Revive provides a full range of landscaping and grounds maintenance. Internal Plants can be provided and maintained and winter gritting services are available where required.

Security
Our approach to security is to ensure that the service is value added to your requirements. Our security team create a strong, efficient and effective solution to your personal needs.

Cleaning
We provide a range of cleaning services from day to day house cleaning and window cleaning through to specialised carpet or furniture cleaning.

All our staff go through rigorous employment checks and all our cleaners have their work monitored and measured on a daily basis.

Technical Maintenance
We provide a full range of mechanical and electrical maintenance services. Planned preventive maintenance including statutory testing can be provided on a condition based or schedule basis to enhance the operational value of your assets.

Fabric Maintenance
Where the size of the estate or site warrants it, we provide a dedicated Revive Handyman to undertake general maintenance tasks. This would include small joinery works, painting, replacement carpet and ceiling tiles and other general tasks. Larger jobs are completed by our central team.

Complete ‘peace of mind’ is achieved by our full reactive service, including out of hours services, to provide cover for all emergency situations.
